• 25 ml West Yorkshire Gin
• 12.5 ml Coconut Rum
• 12.5 ml Apricot Brandy
• 12.5 ml Lime
• 25 ml Gomme
• 25 ml Pineapple Juice
• 1 dash Foaming bitters

Shake all ingredients and double strain into rocks glass
over ice. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
