Giving a playful nod to past smugglers, we bring in the finest Guyanese rum. We then steep and redistill with specially chosen botanicals before aging in barrels, creating our one-of-a-kind smooth and botanical spiced white rum at our Yorkshire distillery.

- 35 ml White spiced rum
- 12.5 ml Ginger Liqueur
- 12.5 ml Apricot Liqueur
- 25 ml Demerara Gomme
- 2 Dash Orange Bitters
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Stir down in rocks glass over ice. Garnish with dehydrated
orange.
